Phillip Island Firewater

Ingredients
 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky


 
Preparation
 Stir ingredients together in an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Bacardi Stinger
Add Amaretto and rum, fill with coke, and stir. BR BRConsume slowly, this drink packs a punch.

Pineapple Banana Refresher
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a slice of banana, and serve.

La Rosa
Pour the Scotch whisky, Chambord raspberry liqueur and Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail into a cocktail glass with crushed ice. Add a small squeeze of fresh lime juice and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

151 Reasons
Stir together in a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

8-Ounce Twista
Mix 2 ounces of each ingredient in a cocktail shaker/stirrer very well. Pour into a highball glass with 3 4 ice cubes, and serve. Ensure all juices are 100% pure, and not concentrated or sweetened.

Absolut Motherfucker
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously as to form ice shavings and foam, pour entire contents into a highball glass and serve.

Atomic Plum
Add all ingredients (except 151 rum) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds. Pour into a large shot glass, splash with 151 rum and shoot.

Bahama Breeze
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 2 3 ice cubes. Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry, and serve.

Bahama Mama NC
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Pour into a pina colada glass filled with crushed or cubed ice, and serve.

Banana Split Martini
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini cocktail glass, and serve.

Pina Colada #3
Crush your ice into a blender. Add the Malibu, crushed pineapple, and coconut as above. Blend until smooth, pour into a pina colada glass, and serve.

Blues Night
Pour the vodka and blue curacao into a highball glass half filled with ice cubes. Top up with 7 Up or Sprite. Sprinkle salt on top, stir with a stick or straw, remove and serve.

Bocktail
Pour all ingredients into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Back Shot
Stir ingredients over ice.

Butterscotch Ice Cream
Stir all ingredients together in a highball glass, using ice cold milk and/or several ice cubes.

Caliope
Pour the brandy, creme de cacao and soymilk into a cocktail shaker over 3 ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a pousse cafe glass. Add a shot of espresso, dust with nutmeg, and serve.

Cape Cod #2
Stir ingredients together in a collins glass half filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Cherry Fucker
Stir the DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker and Chambord raspberry liqueur together with the pine apple juice over ice in a small collins glass. Garnish with 2 cherries, and serve.
