Mandarin Sunrise
Ingredients| 2 oz mandarin liqueur 4 oz orange juice |

Pour the vodka, fresh lemon juice and sweetened maraschino juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a tall glass (12 16 oz) half filled with crushed ice. Pour the mango liqueur and mango juice into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne, garnish with a slice of star fruit, and serve.

Avocado Daiquiri
Crush ice in blender. Add rum, lime juice, and 1/4 medium avocado in blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with lime wedge.

Prepare vodka jelly as on the packet of jello, however substitute vodka in place of the water (required additional vodka to above). Mix the above liquids; vodka, blue curacao and orange juice in a highball glass. Drop a lump of the prepared jelly into the glass, and down the entire drink.
