Cherry Lifesaver

Ingredients
 2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice


 
Preparation
 Pour both ingredients over a small handful of crushed ice in a cocktail glass. Stir, and serve.

Chilly Chocolate Mint
Pour the dark rum, peppermint schnapps, coconut cream, chocolate syrup and heavy cream into a blender with two cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour as much of the mixture as you can into a hurricane glass, leaving a little room at the top. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino

Chilly Irishman
Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.

Chinese Cocktail
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Choco Banana Smash
Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Add a slice of banana on a cockta

Pour both ingredients into an old fashioned glass, stir, and serve.

Chocolate Banana Sherbet
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and freeze overnight. Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp. of cold water. Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.

Chocolate Almond Cream
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve.

Chocolate Banana Banshee
Pour the white creme de cacao, banana liqueur and cream into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Chocolate Barkchip
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass. Stir, and serve.

Chocolate Cloud
Pour the creme de cacao into a cocktail glass. Carefully layer the blue curacao on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate shavings across the cream, and serve.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry, and serve.

Chocolate Hurricane
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Chocolate Milkshake
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Adjust amount of milk if desired. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Chocolatier Cake
Chill all ingredients prior. Layer in order into a cocktail glass; creme de cacao first, brandy on top, followed by cream.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Daiquiri
Combine ingredients in a blender, and blend well. Pour into a chilled daiquiri/margarita glass, garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry, and serve.

Dolly Iced Tea
Prepare iced tea as per usual or by instructions on can. Add grenadine and bitters to a cocktail glass, and pour in the iced tea mixture. Add vodka. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Fire in the Disco
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Ensure the red curry paste is thoroughly dissolved. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Green Demon #2
Pour the Bacardi Limon into a highball glass. Add green hawaiian punch. Stir well, and serve.

Green Elevator
Fill half of an glass an old fashioned glass with peppermint liqueur. Fill with beer, stir, and serve.

Midori Ecstacy
Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.
