Apple Cider Punch #2

Ingredients
 3 red apples
250 g hulled strawberries
4 chopped mint sprigs
850 ml apple juice
1500 ml apple cider
570 ml lemonade


 
Preparation
 Make sure ingreadients are well chilled. Cut unpeeled apples 1cm cubes. Combine fruit and mint with apple juice in large punch bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving. Before serving add chilled apple cider and lemonade.

Cabernet Cobbler
Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and the water in a large wine glass. Add cracked ice and pour the Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve.

Cactus Cola
Pour all ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir well, and serve.

Cafe Antrim
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange wedge, and serve.

Byrrh Special
Stir both ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Cafe Au Kirsch
Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

Cafe Cabana
Pour both ingredients into a collins glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Cafe Romano
Pour the sambuca, coffee liqueur and cream into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Caitian Tongue Tickler
Add the pineapple chunks to a highball glass. Pour in grenadine, fill with wine, and serve.

California Martini
Pour the vodka, red wine, dark rum and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist, and serve.

Apple Cider Slider
Pour over ice. Shake and strain into shooter glass.

Calypso Cooler
Pour the spiced rum, peach schnapps, dark rum, orange juice, grenadine and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with an orange flag, and serve.

Camel Piss
Pour the beer, tequila, dark rum and ouzo into a highball glass. Top with mountain dew, to taste, and serve.

Campari Martini
Pour the vodka and Campari into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.

Campari Soda
Pour the Campari over ice cubes in a highball glass, then fill with sparkling/soda water. Squeeze a lime wedge over the glass, drop it in, and serve.

Canadian and Campari
Pour the whisky, Campari bitters and vermouth into a mixing glass half filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

Canadian Apple
Combine the whisky, apple brandy, lemon juice, sugar syrup and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

California Root Beer
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Canadian Blackberry
Pour the whisky, brandy, juices and sugar into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old fashioned glass 1/4 filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Canadian Breeze
Pour the whisky, pineapple juice, lemon juice and maraschino liqueur into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old fashioned glass 1/4 filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Canadian Daisy
Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with sparkling water. Float the brandy on top. Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve.

Canadian Old-Fashioned
Shake the whisky, triple sec, angostura bitters and lemon juice with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.

Canado Saludo
Pour the white rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine and bitters into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple slice, orange slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve.

Canal Street Daisy
Pour the whisky, orange juice and lemon juice into a collins glass, and stir. Add club soda, to taste. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Candy Rider
Pour both ingredients over into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.

Candy Store
Add all ingredients to a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a highball glass.
