Ingredients| 2 oz byrrh wine 1 oz creme de cassis soda water |

Byrrh Cocktail
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Cabaret Martini
Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.

Apple Cider Punch #2
Make sure ingreadients are well chilled. Cut unpeeled apples 1cm cubes. Combine fruit and mint with apple juice in large punch bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving. Before serving add chilled apple cider and lemonade.

Cabernet Cobbler
Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and the water in a large wine glass. Add cracked ice and pour the Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve.

Shake the whisky, triple sec, angostura bitters and lemon juice with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.

Pour the white rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine and bitters into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple slice, orange slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve.
