Ingredients
 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz gin
2 tsp Green Chartreuse®


 
Preparation
 Pour the gin, vermouth and Chartreuse into a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Pour the vermouth, gin and creme de cassis into a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Ambrosia
Combine and shake all ingredients (except champagne). Pour contents into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly, and serve.
