Rosarita Highball

Ingredients
 1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz creme de cassis
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger ale


 
Preparation
 Shake the tequila, cassis and lime juice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Fill with ginger ale, garnish with a slice of cucumber, and serve.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and lime, and serve.

Scorpino
Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a highball glass, and serve.

Sea Breeze
Pour vodka into an iced highball glass. Fill partially with grapefruit juice and top with cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Sherry Cocktail
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Sloe Gin Fizz
Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with soda, garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry, and serve.

Smith and Kearns
Build in an iced highball glass. Top with soda, and serve.

South Beach
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

South Coast Cocktail
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Southside
Muddle one sprig of mint with the lime pieces, lime juice, and simple syrup in the bottom of a bar glass. Add gin and shake well. Pour into a goblet over crushed ice and stir until the outer glass frosts. Top with soda water, garnish with remaining sprig of mint, and serve.

Sparkling Hunt Punch
Chill all ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne, and serve.

Steeplechase
Muddle the mint leaves with the curacao and brandy in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients, shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.

Stork Club Cocktail
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Suffering Bastard
Shake all ingredients well and strain into an ice filled double old fashioned glass. Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.

After Dinner Cocktail
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Sunflower Highball
Build over ice in a highball glass. Dust with nutmeg, and serve.

Sunset Breeze
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.

Suntory Cocktail
Shake, strain into an iced cocktail glass, and serve.

Apple Toddy
Place the baked apple, sugar and applejack into a glass or mug. Fill the glass two thirds full with boiling water, and grate a little nutmeg on top.
