Bloody Butrum

Ingredients
 2 oz vodka
2 dashes celery salt
1 pinch dry dill
2 dashes ground peppers
2 dashes Tabasco® sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 oz clamato juice
2 lime wedges


 
Preparation
 Roll all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a pint glass over ice, and serve.

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a piece of a slice of toast.

Bud Herrmann Brandy
Build in a highball glass, and serve.

Combine in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.

Caribbean Bulldog
Build the kahlua, caribbean cream and milk (or half and half) over ice in a tall highball glass. Add coca cola and stir gently. Add straws, and serve.

Caribe Cosmopolitan
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Caricature Cocktail
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a large chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Adam
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Chai Toddy
Stir all ingredients in a mug and serve steaming hot. Garnish with a peppermint stick.

Champagne Passion
Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top, and serve.

Champagne Tropicale
Pour the mango puree into a mixing glass, then slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the maraschino on top, and serve.

Cherry Crush
Muddle four of the cherries with the lemon juice and maraschino in a mixing glass. Add gin, shake well with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with remaining cherry, and serve.

Cherry Kiss
Shake all ingredients well and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Dust with grated nutmeg, and serve.

Chocolate Punch
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust with grated nutmeg, and serve.

Citrus Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a goblet or london dock glass. Serve.

Claremont
Muddle an orange slice and a cherry with bitters and curacao in the bottom of an old fashioned glass. Remove the orange rind, and add bourbon, ice, and soda. Garnish with the remaining orange slice and cherry, and serve.

Claret Lemonade
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a wine goblet over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel, and serve.

Vodka Passion
Mix both liquids over ice and strain into a shot glass.

Daiquiri Cocktail #2
Shake ingredients with shaved ice, strain over ice in an old fashioned glass, and serve.

Club Cocktail
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry, and serve.
