Hot Egg Nogg

Ingredients
 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1 egg
3 oz boiling milk


 
Preparation
 Blend all ingredients (except milk) until smooth and pour into a heat-proof goblet. Add boiling milk, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

Dutch Coffee (USA)
Pour coffee, vandermint and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.

English Coffee
Pour coffee, gin, triple sec and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of triple sec, and serve.

French Coffee
Pour coffee, cointreau and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of cointreau, and serve.

Peachbreeze
Pour ingredients into a Collins Glass filled with ice.

German Coffee
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, garnish with a black cherry, and serve.

Irish Mist Coffee
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, garnish with a cherry, and serve.

Italian Coffee
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Italian Coffee (USA)
Pour coffee, amaretto and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of amaretto, and serve.

Lagos Coffee
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.

Egg Sour
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral, and serve.

El Grito
Add ingredients to a punch bowl with sufficient crushed ice to slush. Serve in wine glasses.

Fruit Juice Cup
Add all ingredients, with slices of orange and lemon, to a punch bowl. Add sufficient ice to chill, and serve in wine glasses. Add white rum if desired.

Ginger Punch
Combine all ingredients (except ginger ale) in a large jug and chill for two hours. Add ginger ale, and serve into wine glasses.

Peach Blaster
Pour ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Fast Buck
Pour into an ice filled highball glass. Add lemon quarter shell, and serve.

Key Punch
Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass three quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with a slice of lime speared with a cherry, and serve.

Fireside Tea
Pour tea into a heat proof goblet, and sweeten to taste. Add rum, wedge shaped slice of lemon, and a cinnamon stick. Serve.

Hot-T
Combine in a heat proof cup, and sweeten to taste. Add a slice of orange, and serve.
