Plum Liqueur
Ingredients| 2 lb plums 2 cups granulated sugar 2 cups vodka 1/2 cup brandy |

1. Wash plums and pat dry, cut in half or smaller, and pit. Place in an aging container, pour sugar over, and stir. Add vodka and brandy, stirring to partly dissolve sugar. Cap container and place in a cool, dark place for 2 months, stir occasionally.
2. Place a strainer over a large bowl and strain liqueur. Press the liquid from the plums with the back of a wooden spoon, and discard plum pulp. Re-strain liqueur through cloth until clear, and bottle as desired.
3. Plum liqueur is ready for drinking or cooking, however for best results, age for another month.

Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime and dip into powdered sugar. Shake vodka, cherry brandy, and juice of lime with ice, strain into the sugar rimmed glass, and serve.

Ponche de Pina
1. Peel pineapples, chop and shread. Add water and let stand overnight.BRBR2. Add pineapple to a large saucepan with spices, sugar, and coconut milk. Boil for 5 minutes, and strain into a large pitcher. Add rum and serve hot.

Pour tequila into a shot glass, and fill with 7 up. Slam on hard surface, and serve immediately.

Porky Bone
Let maple syrup collect at the bottom of a highball glass, and lightly mix the other ingredients, with a few ice cubes, over the top.

Port And Starboard
Pour carefully into a pousse cafe glass, so that the creme de menthe floats on top of the grenadine. Serve without mixing.

Port Wine Flip
Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
