Warm up rum, creme cacao, sugar and coffee. Float the double fresh cream floating on top. Optionally sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream.

Cubins Cracker
Add Schnapps, Southern Comfort, Juice and Ice to shaker. Shake briefly and pour unstrained into the collins glass. Gently pour Curacao down the side of the glass, to allow it to sink to the bottom.
