Bronx Martini

Ingredients
 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Absolut Mandrin vodka
    1 splash sweet vermouth
    1 splash dry vermouth
    1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
    4 oz orange juice


 
Preparation
 Mix contents in a martini shaker with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass.

Fill the glass with the amount of Tia Maria you would like and put an equal amount, or a little more, of milk. Add two ice cubes and down.

Mix all ingredients until no chocolate residue is left on bottom of glass. Serve chilled.

Bruja Mexicana
Mix strega and tequila in a blender the crushed ice. Moist the rim of the glass with lemon and decorate with sugar. Add a little sugar syrup. Pour in and fill with soda.

Brush Fire
Pour 1/3 ounce tabasco sauce into a one ounce shot glass. Fill the rest of the shot glass with either HOT 100 or if you prefer you can use a regular cinnamon schnapps. Drink immediately after making. This drink will lose flavor quickly.
