Brandy Highball
Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)

Pour the Malibu coconut rum and DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps into a margarita glass filled with crushed ice. Fill the rest of the glass with equal parts of orange and pineapple juice. Add a splash of grenadine, top with an orange slice and a cherry and serve.
