Bolo Cocktail
Pour the dark rum, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

Bolshoi Punch
Pour the vodka, lemon juice, powdered sugar, rum and creme de cassis into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Bomb Pop
Pour the Bacardi Razz rum into a small rocks glass or otherwise. Add blue curacao, and then lemonade, and serve.

Bombay Bellini
Pour mango puree into a champagne flute (recommended) or a glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a mango slice.

Pour ingredients, in order, into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Pour the rum, curacao and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.

Bon Voyage
Pour tequila and gin over ice in a cocktail glass. Add a dash of lemon juice and blue curacao, and stir lightly. Serve with a straw.

Bonaparte Velvet
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve with straws.

Bonehead
Pour all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Add lemonade to taste, stir again, and serve.

Cognac Coupling
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into an old fashined glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Cognac Flip
Shake well all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass and grate some nutmeg on top.

Cognac Highball
Pour cognac into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)

Cognac Mint Frappe
Mix and pour into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve with a short straw.
