Coco Rush

  • 1 part orange juice
    1 part cranberry juice
    2 parts Malibu coconut rum


 
Preparation
 Add OJ, Cranberry juice, and Malibu into a mixing glass and pour into the highball glass.

Pour cognac and creme de cacao into an 8 oz. pina colada glass over ice. Top with milk or cream. Garnish with a cherry and shaved chocolate/cocoa powder.

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve.

Coconut Climber
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with crushed ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with toasted coconut, and serve.

Coconut Colada
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with one cup of crushed ice. Shake well for 10 15 seconds. Pour into a pina colada glass, garnish with a pineapple spear, and serve.

Coconut Cream Pie
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice shake & strain into cocktail glass.

Coconut Daiquiri
Rim glass with lime and grated coconut. Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lime, and sprinkle dark rum on top using a barspoon. Serve with short straws.

Coconut Dream #2
Pour ingredients over ice in a small highball or old fashioned glass, and serve.

Coconut Dream
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Coconut Gin
Shake and strain into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice.

Shake and strain into an ice filled collins glass. Garnish with slices of pineapple and lemon.

Shake over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, garnish with an amarelle cherry, and serve.

Coconut Lips
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add a pineapple chunk and an amarelle cherry, and serve.

Coconut Milk
Pour a shot of Malibu coconut rum into the bottom of a cordial glass. Top up with milk (the colder the better), stir, and serve.

Coconut Monkey
Shake and strain into a double cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

Coconut Orange
Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add the orange juice, and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim, and serve.

Coconut Pie
Serve with or without ice.

Coconut Shell
Drain the coconuts and save the liquid. Scoop out the flesh and place in a blender. Add white rum, creme de bananes and milk. Add 3 4 oz. of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour back into the coconut shells. Add more milk (if needed) until a nice consistancy. DIV/DIV DIV/DIV P id=cl

Coconut Tequila
Pour all ingredients into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into a medium sized cocktail glass, and serve.

Coconut Toastie
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
