Blue Cowboy

Ingredients

  • crushed ice
    1 1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur


 
Preparation
 In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Pour the vermouth and benedictine into a mixing glass half filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add the Pernod, garnish with an orange twist, and serve.

Chuck Pucker
Pour both ingredients into a tall glass. Stir and serve.

Pour jager into a shot glass, add the drops of tabasco sauce and serve.

First goes pisco, then the ice cubes, fill with coke, a little bit of beer (any kind), and the lemon juice.

Chumbawumba
Pour a basic snake bite of half cider and lager in a pint glass. Then add to the top a shot of whiskey and vodka. Stir and then drink!

Chunky Monkey
Shake the chocolate syrup and kahlua, and slowly mix in the desired amount of cottage cheese. Serve cold.

Chunnel Cocktail
Pour the Grand Marnier, gin, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Church Lady Martini
Pour the gin, vermouth and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon, lime and orange peels, and serve.

Ciao Baby
Combine all ingredients with two cups of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until slushy, and serve in an elegant glass; hurricane or otherwise.

Cider Cup
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool. When cool, strain and chill for several hours. Re heat one hour before serving, and serve lukewarm.

Cider Punch
Place the cider, Drambuie, sherry, lemon juice and club soda into a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add a large block of ice, then add the slices of apple. Sprinkle nutmeg across the top, and serve. Makes 18 (6 ounce) punch cups.

Ciderific

Cielo
Build in an ice filled collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Cina Polada
Blend with 2 cups of ice until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and banana slice.

Cinco de Rob-o
Start with a pint glass filled 3/4 with ice. Add the tequila, triple sec, and sweet and sour. The glass should be about 1/2 full. Add the ginger ale, and stir well.

Cinderella
Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass, and add soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon, add a straw, and serve.

Cinnamon Apple Shooter
Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Strain into a shot glass, and serve.

Cinnamon Caramel Apple
Pour the shot of Goldschlager in a cocktail glass, fill with 1/2 glass of the chilled apple cider, and add 1 shot of caramel liqueur. Stir to mix.

Cinnamon Nuts and Cream
Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice,shake until completely cold then strain into a chilled stemmed glass or Rocks glass filled with ice.

Cinnamon Road
Shake with ice. Serve with a slice of dried apple.

Cinnamon Rose
Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old fashioned glass, and serve.

Cinnamon Stick
Pour goldschlager into a glass. Add apple juice, mix and serve.
