  • 1/3 oz Black Haus blackberry schnapps
    1/3 oz blackberry brandy
    1/3 oz Absolut Kurant vodka


 
Preparation
 Stir ingredients together in a cocktail shaker over ice. Strain into a shot glass, and serve.

BlackBurst
Stir ingredients together in a shot glass, and serve.

Blackdriver Haus
Pre chill the Black Haus blackberry schnapps. Pour into a highball glass over ice, and add orange juice. Garnish with an orange wheel, and serve.

Blackhawk
Shake all ingredients well with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a perfectly ripe whole blackberry and a half slice of lime, and serve.

Blackjack #2
Shake all ingredients with cracked ice, strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Chili Marnier
Muddle (crush) the chili pepper, lime wedges, and sugar in a chilled old fashioned glass. Add Grand Marnier. Add ice cubes to just over the top of the liquid, stir until sugar dissolves, and serve. BRBRCan substitute 1 oz lime juice and plain sugar for the brown sugar.

Chill Out Shock
First pour the chilled schnapps and then carefully layer the hot espresso on top of it. Insert a straw into the glass and place it on the connection point between the two layers and drink it from there.

Chilly Chocolate Mint
Pour the dark rum, peppermint schnapps, coconut cream, chocolate syrup and heavy cream into a blender with two cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour as much of the mixture as you can into a hurricane glass, leaving a little room at the top. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino

Chilly Irishman
Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.

Chilly Willy
Pour into shaker. Fill with orange and pineapple juice. Shake well.

Chilton
Fill a salt rimmed cocktail glass with ice. Pour in vodka and add lemon juice. Fill with soda. Insert straw and stir slightly. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

China Girl
Blend with ice until smooth and pour into an exotic glass.

China Village Mai Tai
In a metal shaker add a fair amount of ice cubes. Add dark rum and light rum, then grenadine, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Finally add triple sec and shake vigorously. BRBRPour in a thick tall ribbed glass. Top with a cherry or a dash of triple sec.

China White #2
Layer creme de cacao on bottom, followed by the Irish Cream. Lastly, sprinkle cinnamon over top.

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Blend until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Serve with straws in a rocks or old fashioned glass.

Make like a Bloody Mary, improvising with ingredients until you find your preferred taste and texture. Try adding extra vodka to thin out the sauce a little. When heated, this also makes a great sauce for food.

Chiquita
Put lots of ice in your shaker. Then pour first the vodka, then the creme de banane and lastly the milk over the ice. Shake well. Pour into shot glasses. Makes several shots.

Choad
Pour each ingredient into shot glass. Do not attempt to layer drink, as this is pointless. Mix.

Choco Banana Smash
Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Add a slice of banana on a cockta

Choco Colada
Shake liquids well over crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
