Plum Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 2 lb plums
    2 cups granulated sugar
    2 cups vodka
    1/2 cup brandy


 
Preparation
 1. Wash plums and pat dry, cut in half or smaller, and pit. Place in an aging container, pour sugar over, and stir. Add vodka and brandy, stirring to partly dissolve sugar. Cap container and place in a cool, dark place for 2 months, stir occasionally.

2. Place a strainer over a large bowl and strain liqueur. Press the liquid from the plums with the back of a wooden spoon, and discard plum pulp. Re-strain liqueur through cloth until clear, and bottle as desired.

3. Plum liqueur is ready for drinking or cooking, however for best results, age for another month.

Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a shot glass.

Pour chilled ingredients into a shot glass, either layered in order, or mixed together.

Poker Face
Pour tequila, Cointreau and pineapple juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Poland
Pour raspberry syrup in a shooter. Fill the rest of the shooter with Vodka very slowly, so it will not get mixed with the syrup. BR(It should look like a White and Red flag). BRDrink straight up!

Polish Butterfly
Pour Polish vodka and blue curacao into a shot glass, stir and serve.

Pour vodka and pineapple juice into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Add 7 up, stir, and serve.

Mix ingredients in a highball glass. Add one or two ice cubes and cherries. Serve with a thick, red and white striped straw.

Slime Cocktail
Combine ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, and pour into a chilled old fashioned glass.
