Champagne Passion

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz passion-fruit puree
    simple syrup
    Champagne
    1/2 oz Alize liqueur


 
Preparation
 Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top, and serve.

Champagne Pineapple Punch
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two thirds full. Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve.

Champagne Polonaise
Serve in a champagne flute.

Champagne Punch #2
Mix sugar, brandy and 5 bottles champagne in a punch bowl. Then stir in orange, lemon and lime sliced thin into rounds, pineapple chunks and ice. Stir until well mixed.BRBRTo complete, garnish with strawberries and pour a final bottle of champagne theatrically over the top.

Champagne Punch
Combine all of the ingredients and serve in punch cups. DIV/DIV DIV/DIV P id=cl/P HR color=c7c7c7 noShade SIZE=1

Champagne Rum Punch
Combine the rums, wines and juices in a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add one large block of ice, and garnish with orange slices. Makes 30 (6 ounce) punch cups.

Champagne Spray Punch
Dissolve honey in lime and cranberry juice in a punch bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and mix. Add sufficient ice to chill, and garnish with three or four lime slices. Serve in wine glasses.

Champagne Tropicale
Pour the mango puree into a mixing glass, then slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the maraschino on top, and serve.

Champange Rita
Pour the tequila and triple sec into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Add limeade and champagne, stir briefly, and serve.

Champerno
Pour into a wine glass.

Champibble
Stir or shake well.

Champs Elysees Cocktail
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Chamtini
Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass three quarters filled with broken ice. Add the twist of lemon, and serve.

Chandos Club
Pour into an old fashioned glass three quarters filled with broken ice.

Changuirongo
Pour the tequila and ginger ale into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Chanticleer
Pour the gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into an old fashioned glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Chaos Calmer
Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a goblet. Garnish with fruit and serve.

Chapala
Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the slice of orange and serve.

Chapel Hill
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.

Chapman
Take the pisang ambon in the glas, and then the milk. Then shake it. Enjoy!

Charger
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Charles Bronson
Combine all whiskeys together in a 24 oz. mug glass with about 4 5 ice cubes. Fill the glass with any brand of birch beer, and serve.

Dragonfly
In a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and ginger ale. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Drambuie Cider
Stir ingredients together in a coffee mug, and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Drambuie Coffee
Stir ingredients together in a coffee mug, top with whipped cream, and serve.

Drambuie Espresso Martini
Combine all three ingredients together in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
