Almond Grove

  • 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 oz creme de coconut
    1 dash cocoa powder


 
Preparation
 Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Combine liquers in shaker along with cream and ice. Shake and strain into a brandy snifter. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Shake well with cracked ice, strain contents into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Amaretto Colada
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry, add straws, and serve in a pina colada glass.

Add to a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice. Serve with short straws and a cherry.

Amaretto Heartwarmer
Warm the southern comfort and add the almonds, peach and sugar. Stir. Allow to cool and add the vermouth and amaretto. Stir again and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass.

Amaretto Liqueur
Combine sugar and 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. In an aging container, combine apricot halves, almond extract, grain alcohol with 1/2 cup water, and brandy. Stir in cooled sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve in chilled champagne saucer garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
