Tequila Matador Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.

Tequila Old-Fashioned Mix sugar, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old fashioned glass. Add tequila, ice cubes, and carbonated water. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.

Tequila Pop Pour ingredients into a tall shot glass. Cover the glass with a coaster or hand and slam the glass hard onto the table. Shoot immediately.
