Cafe Au Kirsch

  • 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
    1 tsp sugar
    1 egg white
    coffee


 
Preparation
 Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

Cafe Brulot
Warm cognac in a heat resistant glass. Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec. Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sweeten to taste, and serve.

Cafe Cabana
Pour both ingredients into a collins glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Cafe Caen
Heat liquors in a heat resistant glass. Pour in the hot coffee, stir, and top with cream. Add sugar, and serve.

Cafe de Paris Cocktail
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Cafe Disaronno
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream, and place three coffee beans on top.

Cafe Don Juan
Rim an irish coffee cup with lemon juice and sugar. Pour coffee and liquors into the cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream BRon top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Cafe Grande
Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add a cherry, and serve.

Cafe Henry The Third

Cafe Imperial
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, and serve.

Cafe Kirsch
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Cafe Pucci
Warm liquors in a heat proof cup, stir in sugar, and add espresso. Stir again, top with cream, and serve.

Cafe Romano
Pour the sambuca, coffee liqueur and cream into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Cafe Royal Frappe
Mix and pour into a double cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry and serve with short straws.

Cafe San Juan
Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass. Fill with coffee, and stir. Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve.

Cafe Savoy
Fill mug almost to top with coffee. Add milk if desired, then triple sec and brandy. Stir.

Cafe Trinidad
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Caffeine Attack
Fill blender with coffee ice cream and the amount of kahula to your desire. Blend until drinkable, pour into a beer mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Caipirinha #2
Cut the 1/4 lime into a few chunks. With the sugar, crush them against the bottom and sides of the glass with a spoon. Add a few ice cubes. Add two medium spoonfuls of crushed ice. Fill the glass to halfway with vodka. Fill the rest of the way with limeade. Stir well and serve with a straw.

Caipirinha
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cachaca into the glass. Stir well.

Caipiroska
Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon. Place the lime wedges in the bottom of an 8 oz. glass. Cover with crushed ice, fill glass with vodka, and serve.

Caitian Tongue Tickler
Add the pineapple chunks to a highball glass. Pour in grenadine, fill with wine, and serve.

Cajun Comforter
Pour Southern Comfort and Bourbon over rocks in a 12 ounce glass. Add a dash of tabasco, or any non habeero pepper sauce (dont go overboard). To really impress, garnish with a jumbo shrimp.

D & D Lay
Serve shaken, not stirred.

D-Roy
Put sugar in glass. Squeeze limes into glass. Stir slightly. Add rum. Add lemonade. Stir and serve.
