Campton Place Cafe Sonia

Ingredients
  chilled heavy cream
vanilla extract
3/4 oz Metaxa 7 Star
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
hot black coffee
1 tsp sugar


 
Preparation
 Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract.

Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired.

Top with beaten cream.

Eroticolada
Blend ingredients with crushed ice, pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Mix together in shot glass and "discharge" into mouth!

Canadian Manhattan
Shake well and pour over ice or "up" in a martini glass. Garnish with cherry.

Canadian Pineapple
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the pineapple stick and serve.

Canadian Rum Punch
Bring water to a boil, then add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add rum and lemon juice. Serve with ice.

Canadian Zombie
Fill collins glass halfway up with ice. Add white and dark rum. Fill up with half orange half lemon juice. Pour grenadine and curacao along rim of glass. Top with 151 proof rum.

Candied Sever St. Special
Fill Collins glass most of the way with ice. Add Yukon Jack and Midori. Fill with Sprite. Stir.

Candy Apple #2
Pour Amaretto and Butterscotch in a glass with ice. Fill with apple juice.

Candy Bar
Blend kahlua, creme de cacao, and frangelico. Add cream. Serve with ice cubes in highball glass.

Candy Cane
In highball glass filled with ice, combine peppermint schnapps, white creme de cacao & grenadine. Fill glass with half and half. Top with 7 up. Garnish with a small candycane or filbert nuts. Great for the Holidays!

Evil Princess
Pour over ice, stir and garnish with a lime slice.

Candy Corn
Carefully layer on top of each other to resemble the halloween candy. First the Licor 43, then the orange curacao, then finally the cream.

Candy Cocktail
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the 151 proof rum, dr. pepper and amaretto, stir, and serve.

Ice first, then add Bundaberg Rum, Kahlua and fill with Coca Cola.

Canteloupe Dizzy
Pour club soda into a parfait glass with ice cubes. Pour vodka, melon liquer, and peach schnapps into a shaker and shake well. Strain into the club soda and stir. Garnish with cherry/orange/pineapple.

Cape Cod Crush
Blend the Southern Comfort, cranberry juice, and ice in a blender. Pour and serve.

Cape Codder
Pour Vodka and Cranberry Juice into a highball glass over ice. Stir well, add the wedge of lime, and serve.

Cape Of Good Will
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Capital Punishment
Pour. Shoot.

Exotica
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake hard and strain into a cocktail glass.
