In shot glass, pour 1/3 Southern Comfort and 1/3 Jim Beam. Add 1/3 Tia Maria and let set and form. Do not mix. Add a couple drops of grenadine (or as sweet as desired).

Use a large shot glass.BR BRRemove stem from cherry and drop in glass. Pour in Southern Comfort and Goldschlager. Carefully float in a splash of 151 Rum. With a cigarette lighter ignite 151 Rum on fire and serve. Put out fire before drinking.

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
